It is pointed out that, although an interim relief was granted by order dated 06.11.2025, the petitioner has failed to supply the copy for effecting service upon respondent No.3, as per office endorsement dated 03.12.2025. Thereafter, again one week time was granted to supply the copy by order dated 05.12.2025, passed by the Registrar. Today, a request is made for time to supply copy. Hence, the petitioner is directed to immediately supply copy of petition for effecting service upon respondent No.3 and permitted to serve the copy upon the Advocate appearing on behalf of respondent No.3 before the trial court.

Necessary compliance be made within a period of one week from today.
