The present petition challenges the suspension order dated 06.12.2022 passed by the Block Development Officer, Panchayat Samiti, Dharni, and subsequent second order of suspension dated 12.12.2022, passed by the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad Amravati.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner tenders across the bar, a copy of order passed by the Committee dated 08.04.2026. The said Committee comprised of various high ranking officers such as Superintendent of Police, Collector, Akola, Collector Yavatmal, amongst others. The said Committee was formed for overseeing and enquiring about the cases of employees against whom criminal cases were pending.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner has pointed us out that so far as the petitioner is concerned, the Committee has recommended that he should be reinstated in service. He also points us out that the said reinstatement is however subject to the condition that he should not be placed in the same taluka and not to be placed on executing post.

The Committee's report is taken on record and marked as Exh. 'X' for identification. He further prays for indulgence that he being suffering from 50% disability has already made a representation dated 15.04.2026 along with disability certificate appended therewith, to the Chief Executive Officer. 7.
In that view of the matter, we dispose of the petition with the following directions.

As far as the suspension order is concerned, it being infructuous due to it being revoked by order of the Committee passed on 08.04.2026, it is disposed of. However, we direct the respondent No.2 i.e., the Zilla Parishad, Amravati, to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 15.04.2026, in accordance with law.

The petition is disposed of as such.
