Ms. Kavita Bhondge, learned Assistant Government Pleader waives service of notice for respondent Nos.1 to 4. 4.
The petitioners to serve the other respondents by usual mode of service as well as any private mode available in law.

It is the contention of the petitioners that inspite of approval and issuance of Shalarth ID, the salary of the petitioner Nos.3 and 4 is stopped since March 2025.

In the meanwhile, there shall be interim relief in terms of prayer clause (iii) to the extent of the petitioner Nos.3 and 4.

It is made clear that the respondents can continue their inquiry in respect of genuineness of Shalarth ID and the Management and Headmaster of the school are directed to co-operate in providing the documents if required by the respondent authority.
