After considering the submissions on behalf of the parties, it appears that there are elements of settlement. Both the learned Counsels, on instructions, state that the parties are ready to go for mediation. Hence, matter is referred to mediation.

Both the learned Counsels jointly suggest name of Mr S.V. Purohit, Advocate to act as a Mediator. 3.

Parties are directed to appear before the learned Mediator within one week and thereafter to appear on subsequent dates granted by the Mediator.

Learned Mediator is requested to submit its report preferably within one month.
