It is pointed out that the parties have settled the controversy before the Mediator and they have also signed an agreement of settlement. Learned Counsel for respective parties submit that the petitioner nos.1 and 2 and respondent no.8 who is power of attorney holder on behalf of other respondents are personally present in this Court today. They have already signed the agreement of settlement before the Mediator.
