As can be seen from the prayer clause of the petition the only relief which is prayed for in the petition is to consider the request for substitution and decide the representations dated 24.02.2025, 24.03.2025 and 01.04.2025 in view of the law laid down by Full Bench of this Court in Kalpana Wd/o Vilas Taram And Another Vs. State of Maharashtra And Others reported in 2024 (4) Mh.L.J. (F.B.) 312.

We have heard the learned counsels for the parties. In view of the innocuous prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the present petition, we direct the respondent - Zilla Parishad, Buldhana to decide the representations dated 24.02.2025, 24.03.2025 and 01.04.2025, in view of the law laid down by the Full Bench of this Court in Kalpana Wd/o Vilas Taram (supra) and more specifically regarding the substitution of the petitioners with respect to the said prayer. We further direct the said representations dated 24.02.2025, 24.03.2025 and 01.04.2025 to be decided as expeditiously as possible and not later than six weeks from the date of receipt of the order the petitioner is hereby directed to submit the present order on 29.01.2026 to the respondents.
