The argument, amongst others, is that M/s. Anand Techno Marketing Pvt. Ltd. was merged into M/s. Anand Mine Tools Pvt. Ltd. in the year 2017 and despite such merger, the respondents have raised tax liability against both for the same financial 2019-20.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 19th December, 2025.

The learned A.G.P. waives notice on behalf of the respondents/ State.

In the meantime, the respondents may take corrective steps, if so required.
