It is pointed that, during pendency of the instant petition, the petitioner has filed a separate review application before the Hon'ble Minister, seeking review of order dated 03.11.2025, which is under challenge in the instant petition. This conduct on the part of the petitioner in prosecuting two independent remedies at the same time demonstrates that the petitioner is misusing the process of law. 2.

Having regard to the entire controversy involved in the matter related to the grounds on which the order under Section 39(1) of the Maharashtra Village Panchayats Act is passed, it is desirable that the petition be decided on merits.

List this petition for further consideration on 21st January 2026. However, in view of the developments demonstrating the conduct of the petitioner, the interim relief granted by order dated 13.11.2025, to the extent of restraining respondent No.6 from taking any major financial decision shall stand vacated.
