MARCH 13, 2026 The petitioner has approached this Court because the Goods and Services Tax Appellate Tribunal (GSTAT) was not functional at Nagpur. We are informed that the Tribunal is now functioning since January - 2026. 2] That being so, since remedy to file appeal under Section 112 of the Maharashtra Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, is available to the petitioner, we permit the petitioner to avail the said remedy.

3] The petitioner shall, accordingly, file appeal within two weeks from today, if so desired.

4] With the aforesaid liberty, the petition is disposed of.
