Petitioner's challenge is to the interim order passed by the respondent no. 1 rejecting the application for interim relief to stay the order passed by the Additional Collector, Akola. 3.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that, although, proceedings are pending before the respondent no. 1, by way of revision application, in view of rejection of the application for stay, the petitioner is apprehending disturbance to his long-standing possession. He also submits that the respondent no. 4 has already issued a letter on 04.11.2025 addressed to the Talathi thereby requesting to hand over possession of the property alongwith mutation of his name in the revenue record.

In view of this, issue notice for final disposal to the respondents returnable after two weeks.

Petitioner to serve the respondent nos. 1 to 4 by speed post. 7.

In the meantime, the possession of the petitioner may not be disturbed.
