The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that he is not pressing prayer clause (i). 5.

Statement accepted.

Considering the prayer made by the petitioner in this petition, we feel that issuance of notice to respondent no.2 is not necessary.

The only prayer made by the petitioner is to direct respondent no.2 - Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Chandrapur to decide her representation dated 22.9.2025. 8.

The petitioner was working as Assistant Teacher with the Zilla Parishad school at Barad Kinhi, Panchayat

2 904c wp6926.25.odt Samiti, Bramhapuri, Dist. Chandrapur and her husband is working as Graduate Teacher with Zilla Parishad school, Ranbothali, Tal. Bramhapuri, Dist. Chandrapur. The petitioner has been transferred from the school at Barad Kinhi to the school at Chitakbodra, Tal. Bramhapuri, Dist. Chandrapur. Whereas, the husband of the petitioner has been transferred from the school at Ranbothali, to the school at Shankarpur, Tal. Chimur, Dist. Chandrapur which is more than 30 kilometers away from the school where her husband is working. According to the petitioner, it is in violation of the Husband Wife Unification policy of the State Government introduced vide Government Resolution dated 18.06.2025. Feeling aggrieved with the transfer, the petitioner made representation dated 22.09.2025 to respondent no.2. Since, respondent no.2 has not taken any decision on the representation till date, the petitioner is before this Court. 9.

Considering the submission of the petitioner, we feel that the petition can be disposed of with a direction to respondent no.2 - Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Chandrapur to decide the representation dated 22.09.2025 submitted by the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from today, in accordance with law. 10.

With these directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
