Learned A.G.P. waives service of notice on behalf of respondent no.1-State.

Considering the prayer made by the petitioner in this petition, we feel that issuance of notice to respondent no.2 is not necessary.

The only prayer made by the petitioner in this petition is to direct respondent no.2 - Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Buldhana to decide his representations dated 10.09.2025 and 15.09.2025. 7.
The petitioner was working as Assistant Teacher with the Zilla Parishad school at Kinhola, Panchayat
2 904b wp6927.25.odt Samiti, Chikhali, Dist. Buldhana and his wife is working as Deputy Superintendent, Land Records, Chikhli, Dist. Buldhana. The petitioner has been transferred from the school at Kinhola to the school at Khalegaon, Panchayat Samiti, Lonar, Dist. Buldhana, which is more than 30 kilometers away from the school where his wife is working. According to the petitioner, it is ini violation of the Husband Wife Unification policy of the State Government introduced vide Government Resolution dated 18.06.2025. Feeling aggrieved with the transfer, the petitioner made representations dated 10.09.2025 and 15.09.2025 to respondent no.2. Since, respondent no.2 has not taken any decision on the representations till date, the petitioner is before this Court.

Considering the submission of the petitioner, we feel that the petition can be disposed of with a direction to respondent no.2 - Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Buldhana to decide the representations dated 10.09.2025 and 15.09.2025 submitted by the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from today, in accordance with law. 9.
With these directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
