Learned A.G.P. waives service of notice on behalf of respondent no.1-State.

Considering the prayer made by the petitioner in this petition, we feel that issuance of notice to respondent no.2 is not necessary.

The only prayer made by the petitioner in this petition is to direct respondent no.2 - Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Buldhana to decide her representation dated 15.09.2025.

The petitioner was working as Assistant Teacher with the Zilla Parishad school at Dahid Kh., Buldhana
2 904a wp6929.25.odt District and her husband is working as Assistant Teacher with National Military School, Kolwad, Dist. Buldhana. The petitioner has been transferred from the school at Dahid Kh. to the school at Shemba Kh., Panchayat Samiti, Nandura, Dist. Buldhana, which is more than 30 kilometers from the school where her husband is working. According to the petitioner, it is in violation of the Husband Wife Unification policy of the State Government introduced vide Government Resolution dated 18.6.2025. Feeling aggrieved with the transfer, the petitioner made representation dated 15.09.2025 to respondent no.2. Since, respondent no.2 has not taken any decision on the representation till date, the petitioner is before this Court. 8.
Considering the submission of the petitioner, we feel that the petition can be disposed of with a direction to respondent no.2 - Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Buldhana to decide the representation dated 15.09.2025 submitted by the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from today, in accordance with law.

With these directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
