The petitioner's grievance is regarding lack of proper service upon him of the notice of no confidence motion.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the notice was allegedly served by affixing a copy on the door of the petitioner's mother's house, even though the petitioner is residing in a different house. It is submitted that this service has been considered to be a complete service.

In view of the controversy involved, issue notice to the respondents, returnable after four weeks. 5.

Learned AGP waives service of notice on behalf of respondent No.1-State.
