Heard learned Advocate for the petitioners for sometime. 2.

The controversy in this petition is about the dispute in between the landlord and tenant. Learned Advocate for the petitioners as well as learned Advocate for the respondents, who appears on caveat, state that there are elements of settlement and parties desire to go before the Mediator. Parties jointly suggest the name of Advocate Mr. J.J. Chandurkar, as a Mediator.

Accordingly, parties are directed to appear before the learned Mediator on 25th November 2025. Thereafter, learned Mediator may take as many sittings as are desirable for exploring the possibility of settlement through mediation. If the settlement is arrived at, then the learned Mediator may help the parties in drafting the terms of settlement.
