Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned AGP for the respondent/State.

The petitioner has approached to this Court seeking direction to the respondent Nos.1 to 5 to sanction pensionary and retirement benefits to the petitioner with effect from 01.05.2027 as per the old pension scheme by treating half of the approved part time service of the petitioner as 'Librarian' in the respondent No.5-College. 3.

A perusal of the petition reveals that the petitioner is presently in service and is due to retire on 30.04.2027. The fact remains that such claim of the petitioner, seeking entitlement for old pension scheme and for considering half of his service as part time basis, has not been yet rejected by the respondents.

In view of above, we dispose of the present writ nd.thawre

2/2 petition with liberty to the petitioner to submit a detailed representation, raising all the grounds in support of his entitlement and praying aforesaid reliefs claimed in the present writ petition vide prayer clause (i), to the respondent No.2-Deputy Director of Education Nagpur Region, Nagpur.

If such representation is made by the petitioner to the respondent No.2, the same shall be decided within four months from the date of submitting of such representation. 6.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. No order as to costs.
