Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. According to him, the appeal preferred by the petitioners under the provisions of the Maharashtra Village Panchayat Act, 1959 is still not decided by the respondent No.1.

In the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case, we direct the respondent No.1 to decide the appeal filed by the petitioners, bearing No.VPM-2025/Pra.Kra.19/Pa.Ra.6 Gram Panchayat Borgaon Tq. Malegaon, Dist. Washim, within a period of four weeks from today. 3.

The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
