This petition challenges the order dated 30.10.2025 passed by respondent no.1 invalidating the caste claim of the petitioner.

Learned Addl.G.P. waives service on behalf of respondent no.1.

Respondent no.3, who is on caveat, appears through the counsel.

Issue notice to respondent no.2, returnable on 01.12.2025.

In the meanwhile respondent no.1 and 3 may file reply.

The petitioner is protected by the interim order passed in Civil Application (CAO) No. 1028/2025 in MCA St. No.18078/2025 in Writ Petition No. 2301/2025 by the Division Bench of this Court on 06.11.2025. Having considered the fact that the petitioner is in service since
2 945 wp7045.25.odt the year 1999 i.e. for considerable period of 26 years and that his services are likely to be terminated in view of invalidation of his caste claim, respondent no.2 - Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Wardha is directed not to take any coercive action against the petitioner till the next date of hearing for want of validity.
