However, the matter was again mentioned by the learned Counsel for the respondent No.3, stating that he has to file a pursis along with the relevant judgments. In that scenario, the matter is today listed before us.

Today, the learned Counsel for the petitioner, as also the learned Counsel for respondent No. 3, submit that they would be filling written notes of arguments and would be exchanging the copies of the same till 23.04.2026. 3.
