In view of the fact that the sale deed which is declared to be illegal by virtue of impugned order is held to be a legal and valid sale deed vide judgment and decree dated 11.10.2011 passed by the Civil Judge Junior Division, Kalamb, in Regular Civil Suit No.69 of 2008, the petitioner has made out strong prima facie case.

In view of the above, the effect and operation of the impugned order dated 23.06.2022, passed by the District Registrar (Money Lending), Yavatmal, in Application No.30 of 2016 and impugned order dated 09.11.202, passed by the Divisional Joint Registrar (Money Lending) and

22.wp.7051.2025.odt Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Society, Amravati, in Appeal No.11 of 2022 and impugned order dated 31.05.2024, passed by the Registrar General (Money Lending) and Additional Commissioner and Special Registrar, Co-operative Society, State of Maharashtra, Pune, in Revision Application No.74 of 2022, are stayed till the returnable date.
