When we showed our disinclination to entertain the present Writ Petition, since it involves certain disputed questions of fact along with an important aspect regarding the existence of a right in the petitioner, as prayed for in the petition to agitate the grievances, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to agitate his grievance before the competent Court.
