Considering the controversy involved in the petition being a dispute between the landlord and the tenant, I find that there are elements of settlement and parties should explore settling the matter through mediation. On instructions, Counsel for tenant conveys readiness for mediation. Hence, the matter is referred to mediation. 2.

Both the learned Counsels jointly suggest name of Mr. Shridhar Purohit, Advocate to act as a Mediator. 3.

Parties are directed to appear before the learned Mediator on 09-02-2026 and thereafter to appear on subsequent dates granted by the Mediator.

Learned Mediator is requested to submit its report preferably within one month.
