Learned Advocate for the petitioner, on instructions, makes a statement that the petitioner, who is tenant of the respondent, is ready to vacate the tenanted premises on or before 10th June 2026.

Learned Advocate for the respondent submits that the stay order dated 29.07.2025, which is impugned in this petition, is already vacated by the District Court vide order dated 05.05.2026, on an application for vacation of stay at Exhibit 23 and thus, the instant petition has become infructuous.

Be that as it may, the statement made by the learned Advocate for the petitioner that the petitioner is ready to vacate the tenanted premises by 10th June 2026, is accepted and in view of this, the writ petition is disposed of. (PRAFULLA S. KHUBALKAR, J.) asd
