Learned AGP Ms Prachi Joshi waives notice for the respondent Nos.1, 2 and 3.

The petitioners to serve the respondent No.4 by usual mode of service as well as any private mode available in law.

It is contended that in spite of approval of Shalarth ID, the salary of the petitioner No.3 suddenly withheld from March, 2025. We have already granted interim relief in such matters and directed the Education Officer to release the salary of the petitioner-employee and continue to pay KHUNTE

In view of above, the interim relief in terms of prayer clause (iii) is granted.

It is made clear that the verification of genuineness of Shalarth ID may be continued by the Authority. However, for that reason the salary of the petitioner No.3 should not be stopped. It is also made clear that the Management and the Headmaster of the School shall cooperate with the Authority in the enquiry about genuineness of Shalarth ID as and when requires their assistance.
