The only prayer the petitioners seek is to direct the respondent- Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Bhandara to take a decision on the proposal dated 16.01.2014 submitted by the petitioners. 4.

The contention is that, petitioner no. 1 has been appointed on the post of Assistant Teacher at petitioner no. 2- School run by petitioner no.3- Trust. A proposal was submitted to the respondent but it did not take any decision on the said proposal. Representations dated 20.12.2019 and 14.01.2020 were also made to the respondent but till date no decision has been taken on the said representations submitted by the petitioners. 5.

Considering the innocuous prayer made by the petitioners, we feel it appropriate to dispose of the petition with a direction to the Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Bhandara to take a decision on the proposal dated 16.01.2014 submitted by the petitioners within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order. 6.

In the above-said terms, the petition is disposed of. Rule is made absolute accordingly.
