Vide order dated 23.1.2026 we were constrained to issue a bailable warrant since in spite of due notice of service, the respondent No.4 has not chosen to appear. 2.

Mr. Y.P. Kaslikar, causes appearance for respondent No.4 who is also present in Court. He tenders his unconditional apology for non-appearance in pursuance to the notice issued by this Court.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.4 also makes a statement that if the petitioner turns up in the office of the respondent No.4 on 9th February, 2026, after obtaining her signature and if there are no such deficiencies, the proposal would be forwarded forthwith to the respondent No.2. This statement of the counsel appearing for respondent No.4 is taken as an undertaking to this Court and it be complied accordingly.
