(2) The only relief the Petitioner is seeking is direction to the Municipal Council, Malkapur and Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Buldhana to decide the Representations of the Petitioner. (3) In view of this limited prayer, we do not think it necessary to issue notices to the Respondents.

(4) The Respondents are directed to decide the Representations of the Petitioner dated 22/07/2025 and 29/09/2025 submitted to the Municipal Council, Malkapur and Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Buldhana respectively, within a period of four weeks, if not decided earlier.
