The present writ petition when called before the present National Lok Adalat, learned counsel Shri. Rahul Ghuge appearing for petitioner so also Shri. A. R. Chutke, learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondent No.1 - Special Land Acquisition Officer and Shri. A. M. Kukday, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2 - Executive Engineer submitted that the issue involved in the present writ petition is similar to the issue which was involved in Writ Petition No.3583 of 2022. The aforesaid writ petition was disposed of by this Court vide its order dated 22nd August, 2024 relying upon the observations made by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in the case of Lakhan Lal and another vs. G. M. (R & R), Narmada Hydroelectric and others, (2018) 13 SCC 212.

It is submitted by the learned counsels appearing for the parties that the present writ petition is covered by the aforesaid order dated 22nd August, 2024 passed in Writ Petition No.3583 of 2022. 3.
In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for petitioner and respondents, the present writ petition is disposed of in terms of order dated 22nd August, 2024 passed in Writ Petition No.3583 of 2022 being covered by the decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in the case of Lakhan Lal (supra).
