Learned counsel for the respondents submits that Order dated 06.11.2025 on the stay application was passed even before the substantive Revision Application was filed before the Sub-Divisional Officer, Washim. The said contention is seriously opposed by the learned counsel for the petitioners by stating that the Revision Application as well as the Stay Application were filed on the same date. 2.

In view of this discrepancy, learned AGP is directed to produce the original record and proceedings of the Revision Application from the Sub-Divisional Officer, Washim, on the next date.

In view of above, list the petition on 30.03.2026. 4.

Interim relief to continue till then.
