Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

Learned AGP appears on behalf of the sole respondent and waives service.

By this petition, the petitioners pray for issuance of caste certificate in Form-C.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that since the applications dated 08.10.2024 filed by the petitioners before the respondent for issuance of caste certificate in Form-C are pending, the purpose would be served if the respondent is directed to decide the said applications of the petitioners at the earliest. 5.
Considering the request made by the learned counsel, we feel that the petition can be disposed of with a direction to the respondent to decide the applications of the petitioners.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent - Sub Divisional Officer, Jalgaon Jamod, Dist. Buldhana to decide the applications dated 08.10.2024 filed by the petitioners which are pending before him, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 7.
The learned AGP to communicate this order to the respondent-authority immediately.
