Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsels for the respondents.

By this petition, the petitioner has challenged the interim order dated 17.10.2025 passed by the School Tribunal, Nagpur in Appeal (STN) No.12/25 by which the application for stay to the order of termination dated 07.07.2025 issued by respondent No.1 has been rejected. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsels for the respondents submit that in view of the controversy involved, instead of contesting the petition on merits, the parties desire to prosecute the appeal on merits, before the School Tribunal, Nagpur.

Learned counsel for the respondents-Management submits that on the next date before the School Tribunal, he would file the reply to the appeal and will not seek adjournments for advancing his final arguments. 5.

The parties undertake to prosecute the appeal on every date without seeking unnecessary adjournments.

In view of above, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the School Tribunal, Nagpur to decide the appeal expeditiously. It is clarified that all the issues on merits are kept open.
