The challenge in the petition is to an order dated 19-11-2025 below Exhibit-02 passed by the trial Court by which the Court has directed the petitioner/plaintiff to engage a Counsel of his choice to conduct the case. Considering the observations of the trial Court it is desirable that the petitioner appears before the Committee comprising the Registrar (Judicial) and Deputy Registrar, High Court Bench at Nagpur, constituted by this Court to examine whether the petitioner has knowledge about the intricacies of legal provisions particularly the Evidence Act and other relevant provisions to enable him to conduct cross examination of witnesses in the suit.

Petitioner is directed to appear before the Committee by seeking prior appointment and the Committee is directed to submit its report at the earliest.
