The petitioner appears in person and states that, in accordance with the impugned order dated 13.10.2025, passed by 5th Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Akola, in Spl.C.S. No.36 of 2014, the petitioner has engaged an Advocate to conduct the proceedings of the said civil suit and the Advocate has also conducted the crossexamination and will now be conducting the civil suit for further stages.

In view of this, the grievance raised in the instant petition does not survive and therefore, the writ petition is disposed of. 3.

Considering the fact that the civil suit pending before the trial court is of the year 2014, the Court of 5th Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Akola, is directed to expeditiously decide the civil suit. (PRAFULLA S. KHUBALKAR, J.) asd
