Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

Petitioners challenge the Judgment and order dated 02/07/2025 passed by the learned Industrial Court, Chandrapur granting permanency to the respondents employees with direction to pay arrears of wages. 3.

Having regard to the contentions advanced, issue notice to the respondents, returnable after three weeks.

Petitioners are permitted to serve the respondents by private mode, in addition to regular mode of service, including service on the learned lawyer appearing on behalf of the respondents before the Trial Court and file an affidavit of service by next date.

It is pointed out that the controversy involved in the instant petition is similar to the controversy pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court and attention is invited to the order dated 27/09/2021 passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Special Leave Petition (Civil) Diary No.22138/2021 and the order dated 23/08/2021 passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Special Leave Petition (Civil) Diary No.18534/2021.
