By this application, the petitioner seeks permission to amend the petition to incorporate certain grounds in support of his petition. Although the application is opposed by the learned Counsel for the resplendent, however, considering the fact that the petition is not yet admitted, the application needs to be allowed in the interest of justice.

Application is allowed. Petitioner is permitted to amend the petition. Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of one week from today.

Petitioner is directed to take steps to effect service upon respondent no.5 by serving a copy of the petition upon the Counsel who was appearing before the trial Court within a period of one week. 5.
