Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 2.

According to him, the revised plot area has not been granted by the respondents and therefore, the petitioners have made detailed representations, annexed at Annexure-9 of this petition (Pages 129 to 290), to the respondent No.3District Rehabilitation Officer, Nagpur. 3.

Since the representations are still not decided, we direct the respondent No.3 to decide the issues raised in all these representations within 10 weeks from the production of copy of the petition and the order passed today.

The learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes to furnish a copy of the petition and the order passed today, before the concerned authority within a period of two weeks from today.
