After arguing the matter for some time, learned Advocate for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition. 2.

The writ petition is permitted to be withdrawn by the petitioners.

However, considering the controversy about claim of the petitioners for promotion and considering the fact that some of the petitioners are about aged 50 years, it is appropriate to direct the Industrial Court to expeditiously decide the complaint. Therefore, Industrial Court, Nagpur is directed to decide the complaint bearing U.L.P. No.194 of 2025, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six months from today.
