Mr. A. B. Badar, learned A.G.P. appears for respondent No.5. Notice issued to the other respondents is awaited. 2.

Petitioner is permitted to serve the unserved respondents through all permissible modes including service by speed post. Affidavit of service shall be filed.

Counsel for petitioner submits that the petition has been amended. A.G.P. may waive service of notice for respondent No.2. Upon that, A.G.P. submits that amended copy of petition is not served. 3.

When inquired, counsel for petitioner though submits that copy is served, failed to show acknowledgment to that effect. 4.

In view of above, the petitioner shall first serve amended copy of the petition to A.G.P., who shall then take instructions whether he waives service for respondent No.2, which as such he can, respondent No.2 being State of Maharashtra through Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, Mantralaya, Mumbai. Nonetheless, he wants to go through the petition and make his submissions. 5.

Time is granted.
