The present petition prays for a direction to the respondent No.2 for grant of approval to the appointment of petitioner with effect from 13.03.1993 till retirement which occurred on 31.07.2023.

During the course of hearing it was transpired that certain queries were raised by the office of the Accountant General on 15.04.2025. Even though the said letter was addressed to the Education Officer, today, the learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, states that the said letter was forwarded to the respondent No. 4 on 05.08.2025.

Shri Vaishnav, learned Counsel for respondent No.4 placed across the Bench a copy of communication addressed by the said respondent No.4 on 19.09.2025 to the Education Officer stating that what documents or the discrepancies which can be complied by the management have been complied with. The said communications are taken on record and marked as "X" and "Y" respectively.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader on instructions states that the said communication would be acted upon and therefore prays for a time bound direction in the matter. 7.
In that view of the matter, we dispose of the petition with a direction to the Education Officer respondent No.2 herein to process the said communication dated 19.09.2025 further in view
wp 7962-2025.odt 4/4 of the discrepancies pointed out by the Accounts Department vide letter dated 15.04.2025, as expeditiously as possible and in any case till 31.05.2026.

We hope and trust that the Education Officer would process the said communication in accordance with law taking into consideration all relevant aspects as well as the policies of Government in that regard while deciding the same. 9.
With these directions, the petition is disposed of. 10.
Rule accordingly. No order as to costs.
