Learned Advocate for the petitioner states that application at Exh.10 in Regular Civil Appeal No.123 of 2022, which was filed under Order 41 Rule 27 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 was not properly drafted and, therefore, permission should be granted to the petitioner/appellant to file a fresh application.

On this limited ground, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 21.01.2026.
