The petitioner's challenge is to the order dated 27.11.2025, passed by the appellate court, thereby confirming the order passed by the trial court, which has rejected the application for temporary injunction.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that he is in possession of the suit premises since the year 2010 and the possession of the petitioner was protected during pendency of the appeal vide order dated 15.10.2025, which was in operation till the decision of appeal. He, therefore, prays for interim relief. 4.

In view of the controversy involved, issue notice to the respondents, returnable after four weeks.

The petitioner is permitted to serve the respondents by private mode, in addition to regular mode of service, including service on the learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent/s
