The only relief petitioners are seeking is to direct the Deputy Director of Education, Amravati to take a decision on the recommendation dated 13/10/2025 and also on the representation made by the petitioners on 07/10/2025. Thus, the petition can be disposed of with a direction to take a decision on the representation dated 07/10/2025 as also on the recommendation made by the Education Officer (Secondary), Buldhana dated 13/12/2025 within a stipulated period. Hence, the petition is allowed.

The respondent No.3-Deputy Director of Education is directed to take a decision on the representation dated KHUNTE
