The petitioners are only seeking relief to decide their proposal dated 22/09/2025. The petitioners did not press other prayer at this stage. In view of this limited prayer, the petition can be disposed of by directing the respondent No.4-Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad Buldhana to take a decision on the proposal of the petitioners within a stipulated period. Hence, the petition is allowed.

The respondent No.4-Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad Buldhana is directed to take a decision on the proposal of the petitioners dated 22/09/2025 within a period of six weeks.
