It is the contention of the petitioners that inspite of approval and issuance of Shalarth ID, the salary of the petitioner Nos.3 and 4 is stopped since March 2025. 2.

There shall be interim relief in terms of prayer clause (ii) to the extent of the petitioners Nos.3 and 4. 3.

It is made clear that the respondents-Authorities can continue their inquiry in respect of genuineness of Shalarth ID and the Management and Headmaster of the School are directed to co-operate in providing the documents if required by the respondents-Authorities.
