The Petitioners to serve the other respondents by regular mode of service as well as any private mode available in law.

It is contention of the petitioners that in spite of approval of Shalarth ID, the salary of the petitioners is stopped since March, 2025.

In the meanwhile, there shall be ad interim relief in terms of prayer clause (d).

It is made clear that the respondents-Authorities are at liberty to conduct enquiry in respect of genuineness of the Shalarth ID. The Headmaster of the School as well as the Management to cooperate the respondents-Authorities in the enquiry and supply the documents, if they are in possession.

List the matter on 18.12.2025.
