Learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that in view of the order passed by the Respondent - Deputy Director of Education declaring approval as illegal, the Petitioners intend to challenge the said order. Therefore, learned Counsel for the Petitioners, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to file fresh Petition challenging the said order as well as for unpaid salary.
