The petitioner association has approached this Court, seeking declaration that the member societies of the petitioner association are eligible to receive non salary grants as per the time line prescribed by the Ashram School Code, 2019. The perusal of the present writ petition reveals that the petitioner association has already approached the respondent no.4-the Project Officer, Tribal Development Department, Deori, District Gondia, with a request for the aforesaid relief and the aforesaid representation dated 09-07-2025 is on record at page no.75 at Annexure-'VI'. The Project Officer has duly forwarded the aforesaid representation to the respondent no.1 vide communication dated 31-10-2025 which is on record at page no.76 at Annexure-'VII'. The aforesaid issue is now under consideration of respondent no.1. 3.

Mr. Anand Parchure, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the aforesaid representation is not yet decided by the

2 wp 8228.25.odt respondent no.1 and hence, he prays for direction to the respondent no.1 to forthwith consider the representation preferred by the petitioner. 4.

In view of the above, we dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondent no.1 to decide the representation dated 09-07-2025 which is submitted by the petitioner association and is forwarded by the respondent no.4-Project Officer, Tribal Development Department, Deori, District Gondia, vide communication dated 31-10-2025 within a period of 08 weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

The petitioner undertakes to produce the copy of the order of this Court to the respondent no.1 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

The decision taken by respondent no.1 upon such representation, shall be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of decision.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
