However, the perusal of the prayer clauses in the present petition reveals that the petitioners are aggrieved by the order dated 7th April, 2025 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.8001 of 2019 and on the basis of which, the consequential communications dated 19th June, 2025 and 1st July, 2025 were issued by the respondents and the said communications are challenged in the present petition. 3.

Shri S.M. Ukey, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent Nos.1 to 3, fairly points out that the order dated 7th April, 2025 is already recalled by this Court to the extent it directs the cancellation of all earlier NOCs issued by original respondent No.6.
