By this Petition, the Petitioner is challenging the order dated 07.08.2025, passed by the Respondent No. 1 - Deputy Director of Education, Amravati Division, Amravati, whereby refused to issue Shalarth ID to the Petitioner. 3.

It is contention of the Petitioner that he has appointed as Junior Clerk in the Petitioner No.2 School as there was retirement of Mr. Digambar Rathod, Junior Clerk on 30.06.2021. The Petitioner came to be appointed on 26.03.2025. The Respondent No.2 - Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Washim has granted an approval to the appointment of the Petitioner vide order dated 20.05.2025. The Petitioner No.2 School submitted a proposal for issuance of Shalarth ID for the Petitioner No.1 along with relevant documents to the Deputy Director of Education, Amravati. The Respondent No.1 - Deputy Director of Education, Amravati pointed out some deficiencies in the proposal and returned the same to the Education Officer. The Petitioner No.2 School after compliance of the deficiencies, resubmitted the proposal for issuance of Shalarth ID on 03.10.2025. In spite of this position, the Respondent No.1 - Deputy Director of Education has not taken any decision to issue Shalarth ID in respect of the Petitioner.

In view thereof a limited prayer to direct the Deputy Director of Education to consider and decide the proposal dated 03.10.2025 forwarded by Petitioner No.2 School, within a specific period is made. In view of the re-submission of the proposal and if all deficiencies are complied, we do not see any reason or impediment in issuing Shalarth ID to the Petitioner. In view thereof, we proceed to pass the following order : (i) The writ petition is allowed.

(ii) The Respondent No.1 - Deputy Director of Education, Amravati Division, Amravati is hereby directed to issue Shalarth ID to the Petitioner, if compliance as is mentioned in the letter dated 07.08.2025 (AnnexureIV page 20) are duly complied by the Petitioner No.2 School, forwarded by the Education Officer within a period of four weeks.

The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms. No order as to costs.
