The petitioners' challenge is to the order dated 15.11.2025 passed by the Civil Judge Senior Division, Gadchiroli thereby, rejecting the petitioners' application under Section 80(2) of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (for short "CPC"), seeking waiver of issuance of notice under Section 80 of CPC to the defendants.

In view of that, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 06.01.2026.

Learned AGP waives service of notice on behalf of respondent/State.

Petitioner is permitted to serve the remaining respondent by private mode, in addition to regular mode of service and file affidavit of service in that regard by next date.
